Inside Sale Manager (Call Center)

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives’ team.

The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. You will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. You should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

  • Hiring and training Call Center Representatives
  • Ensuring that all calls are answered, and shifts are covered
  • Establishing goals for call center employees to follow and document monthly commissions earned.
  • Work with setting up technology to ensure data is accurate.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Report on sales metrics an prepare monthly reports.
  • Resolving any customer issues or other call center problems that occur
  • Creating and implementing operational strategy
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Monitoring random calls to assess and improve the quality of staff performance through direct coaching and demonstration.
  • Respond quickly to new campaigns by preparing scripts, training staff and ensuring the tech process is in place to capture the data.
  • Interacting with agents to ensure knowledge of the process and their role is clear.
  • Ensure that agent flow process if working as planned.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Following up with a call for appointments that were not set.
  • Handling and resolving complex agent/customer complaints.
  • Analyzing call center data and focusing on improving performance and processes to better support customers
  • ·Overseeing call center operations and agents' performances, ensuring that customers are satisfied.
  • Hiring and training new agents, shaping them into productive workforce members.

Requirements and skills

Ideally, you’re driven by sales, persuasion and data, and crave a harmonious atmosphere.Someone who is outgoing and motivation. We want you to be a great coach with managerial skills

  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
  • Understanding the management of a Lead through the sales cycle.

· Hands on experience with CRM software (Hubspot) and MS Excel

  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Experience with Follow-up Boss is a plus
